Our long-term vision is to create a welcoming, community-led hub that supports people through every age and stage of life on the Isle of Man.
We believe support, education, connection and opportunity should be easier to find — and that communities thrive when people know where to turn, who to ask, and how to access help.
Where We’re Headed
A Community Resource Hub
One of our biggest goals is to create a trusted, easy-to-use directory of local services, organisations, groups, charities, professionals, activities and opportunities across the island.
Need help with mental wellbeing? Parenting support? Neurodiversity resources? Youth activities? Life skills? Financial guidance? Community groups? Training opportunities? Volunteering? Creative outlets? We want Milestones to help point people in the right direction.
Our goal is to make finding support simpler, less overwhelming and more human.
Education & Life Skills for Real Life
We want to expand access to affordable workshops, training, talks and practical learning — from confidence building and budgeting to creative skills, wellbeing, employability, digital literacy and vocational opportunities.
A Safe Social Space for All Ages
A place where people can connect, learn, feel welcomed and simply exist — especially for teenagers, young adults, parents, isolated adults and those who struggle to find community.
A Permanent Community Hub
Right now, Milestones will partner with local venues and spaces — but in the future, we hope to create a permanent home for Milestones.
A place with workshops, drop-ins, events, social spaces, community resources, support sessions, training and opportunities all under one roof.
Think: community centre meets learning hub meets social space meets support network.
